Ordering from Bikers-Buyway

• Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by fax or, by phone.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover cards.
• We accept PAYPAL for your convenience.
• Money orders and Cashier's Checks are accepted. Please be sure to include item descriptions, numbers, your contact information and address.
• All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders in U.S. funds.
• We DO NOT accept personal checks. Please don't send them, they will be returned.

• Ordering via our website is safe, easy, and entirely secure. When you order from Bikers-Buyway's website, you are connected with the Yahoo Store's secure server which encrypts and protects your credit card and personal information.
• Windows users shopping through Internet Explorer will see the LOCK (secure) symbol during check out.
• Mac users shopping through Firefox will see the unbroken key symbol during check out.
• Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

• Our phone hours are from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Monday - Friday (except major national holidays).
• Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days a week. Call 1-352-867-0740. Please leave a detailed message and a call back number, so you can be reached for questions, should they arrise.
  
  ORDERING BY MAIL:

When ordering by mail, please be sure to include all item numbers, the complete item name, and the price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Include the shipping costs. These can be figured by using the shopping cart or you can call 1-352-867-0740 for the total amount due.

• Outside the 48 contiguous States? Call us first, for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. You may send payment by credit card or money order in US funds.
• We do not accept personal checks.
• Florida addresses will be assessed sales tax.

Shipping Information

• United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment.
• Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received.
• International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and parts of Canada will be billed at the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Methods

We use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know when you place your order.

If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.

 

International and Non-Contiguous States Shipping Options

We ship to all US addresses and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.

We do not ship to other international destinations. All addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states pay the exact cost of shipping.

NOTE: When ordering our website applies a contiguous state shipping cost. We will adjust the cost accordingly.

We ship via UPS and USPS.

International and Non-Contiguous States --  You pay the exact cost of shipping your Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment the actual shipping cost may vary greatly based on the destination, package size and weight. If your cost exceeds the cost to ship within the contiguous 48 states by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges. Your credit card will not be charged and your item will not be shipped until you give your approval.

 

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

• DAMAGED shipments or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
• Please e-mail us at customerservice@bikers-buyway.com or call us at 1-352-867-0740 in case of damaged or lost shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return any unsatisfactory item within 10 days of the invoice date for exchanges.
• After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.
• Returns should be shipped via UPS or insured Parcel Post to: The address provided at the time the RMA# is assigned.
  
• With all returns, please include:
  your name as it appears on the credit card, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date and a copy of your invoice.
